Local heritage comes alive when people can
explore and experience it together.
Menard County Heritage Society’s events bring residents, families, visitors, and local history enthusiasts together to explore the stories behind the places we know. Through talks, tours, gatherings, and hands-on programs, we create space to learn about the past, share community memories, and build a stronger connection to Menard County.
Whether you are discovering local history for the first time or have a story of your own to share, we welcome you to join us.
